Boating
requires detailed knowledge and practical application of systems,
navigation, boating regulations and weather to realize the full and
uneventful enjoyment of each.
When at the helm,, operators must be aware of where (and when)
they can and cannot operate.
Sage advice is:
“If You Don’t Know . . .Don’t Go”!!
